Ronald H. Trybus is a Shareholder at Kass Shuler, P.A. where he is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department focusing his practice on Complex Commercial Litigation; Business Disputes involving shareholders, members and partners; Real Property Matters; Creditors’ Rights and Lender Liability Issues including Fair Debt Collection Practices and Fair Credit Reporting Violations; Commercial Mortgage Foreclosures; the Enforcement of Restrictive Covenants and Noncompetition Agreements; and Homeowners and Condominium Association Law. Mr. Trybus been associated with Kass Shuler since November of 1997 and has been practicing law in the state and federal courts of Florida since June of 1983. He is authorized to appear before the Northern, Middle and Southern U.S. District Courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Trybus is one of Firm’s most experienced litigators and often mentors the Firm’s associate attorneys and supports/assists the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Collection Departments.
Mr. Trybus was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo cum laude with a B.A. degree with departmental honors in History in 1979. Mr. Trybus earned his Juris Doctor Degree, with honors, from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1982. After passing the New York State Bar Exam, Mr. Trybus moved to Tampa, Florida in 1982.
Mr. Trybus is a past president, treasurer and director of the Town ‘N Country Rotary Club. When not practicing law, Mr. Trybus enjoys walking, spending time with his son, attending sporting events and reading.
