Attorney Bio:

Mr. Paggi is a Litigation Associate primarily focusing on contested trial and appellate litigation on behalf of banks, lenders, servicers, investors, and interest holders in residential and commercial foreclosure matters throughout the State of Florida in both state and federal court.

Mr. Paggi’s appellate experience comprises more than 96 cases before the various district courts and the Supreme Court of Florida, most notably, Page v. Deutsche Bank Tr. Co. Ams., 308 So. 3d 953 (Fla. 2020), Deutsche Bank Nat’l Tr. Co. v. Pereira, 352 So. 3d 3 (Fla. 4th DCA 2022), Nationstar Mortg. LLC v. Faramarz, 331 So. 3d 738 (Fla. 4th DCA 2021), Capalongo v. Deutsche Bank Nat’l Tr. Co., 386 So. 3d 238 (Fla. 2d DCA 2024), and Tarlo v. Metro. Life Ins. Co., 360 So. 3d 469, 469-70 (Fla. 3d DCA 2023).

Beyond mortgage foreclosure litigation and appellate practice, Mr. Paggi’s has experience representing some of Florida’s largest community associations in all civil trial matters, contract disputes, zoning issues, violations, lien foreclosures, maintenance and improvement issues, and related covenant enforcement issues.
