Attorney Bio:
Jonathan Hempfling is a Shareholder at Kass Shuler, P.A., where he concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and complex post-judgment collection and recovery matters. He represents clients throughout Florida and has taken a significant number of cases to trial all over the state. His representative work encompasses cases involving commercial and consumer lending, contracts, commercial landlord-tenant matters, and a broad range of business disputes. Mr. Hempfling also maintains a significant focus on post-judgment collection including the use of proceedings supplementary and fraudulent conveyance actions. Through these techniques, he has secured substantial outcome for clients including multiple matters resulting in multi-million-dollar recovery.
He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Commercial Law League of America, and the Florida Creditors Bar Association, where he has previously served on the board. He has been a guest speaker for trade and professional organizations on Florida commercial collection and litigation issues, written for Commercial Law World Magazine, and has served as a guest lecturer for St. Petersburg College.
